WHY YOU SHOULD RECITE THIS DUA EVERYNIGHT AND TEACH YOUR CHILDREN

Bismillahi Rahmani Rahim
The ideal life of a Muslim is based on a constant reminder of one's essence and purpose, as without this, one can easily become lost in the distractions and temptations of the world. As Allah says in the Quran: “But ˹continue to˺ remind. For certainly reminders benefit the believers.) (Q51:55).
The Prophet (May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also says: “So visit the graves; It reminds you of death”(Saheeh Muslim, 976) because people with their actions tend to live as if they would be made to live forever. So, he admonished us to visit the graves sometimes so as to be reminded that we would also be in the condition of those in the graves. This shows how important reminders are for our journey to the hereafter.
We ask Allah to show us the truth as truth and give us the ability to follow it, and show us falsehood as falsehood and give us the ability to avoid it.
May Allah Subhanallahu wata ‘Allah persevere and bless our sheikhs for sharing this beneficial knowledge to us. Jazakumullahu Khair

Quran 2:285 The Messenger ˹firmly˺ believes in what has been revealed to him from his Lord, and so do the believers. They ˹all˺ believe in Allah, His angels, His Books, and His messengers. ˹They proclaim,˺ “We make no distinction between any of His messengers.” And they say, “We hear and obey. ˹We seek˺ Your forgiveness, our Lord! And to You ˹alone˺ is the final return.” Quran 2:286 Allah does not require of any soul more than what it can afford. All good will be for its own benefit, and all evil will be to its own loss. ˹The believers pray,˺ “Our Lord! Do not punish us if we forget or make a mistake. Our Lord! So I have ocd and i get intrusive repitative thoughts does this mean I will be also punished for thinking bad☹️ is there anyway I can be forgiven if it's OCD related thoughts because I really don't no how to handle them and it's already taking a toll on mean I get anxious over it
