This is so true my dad used to force me to pray when I was younger and I absolutely hated it he would say I wasn't allowed to see my friends if I didn't and he also told me I wouldn't be allowed to leave the house unless I wear a hijab and I know he was just trying to do a good for me but he made me hate him and my religion and like after I moved out I didn't pray or anything and I hated islam for a while until I found it myself and now alhumsuliah I love islam I love hijab and niqab and I understand it now but yeah you should never force your kids because that just makes them hate you you can't force someone to love islam they have to find it themselves

but what if its COMPLETELY opposite for me? lets say my dad doesnt pray and when i tell him to he says he has work stress or snaps at me what should i do as his daughter
@crapy_kawa7805Ай бұрын
I am struggling with this question for a while, I hope somebody knowledgeable answers this for me. I pray five times a day, I hate skipping prayers and I try to pray even if I'm out. I rarely miss my prayers, but why is it that even if I pray I'm committing big sins? My prayers are not protecting me from being indecent, does this mean my prayers are rejected or not upto standard?
@IshalRaja-bq7ho4 ай бұрын
for me us my experience. kids now r too naugthy. when u do like that as a convert ISLAM or x Christian and a before kid. they will not gonna do it even there grow old and starting to think its ok not to do pray cos they dont forces me or dont ask me to pray. then when u grow u will realize that ur parents are RIGHT just teach them and always Remember to do prayers. let them feel stress and bit hard so they can pass and be strong what stress and what life is. but dont be harsh to much. do Bonding and don't get mad same parents balance it.
@aMuslim13 ай бұрын
Its important to remember as well to teach the principles of Islam. Give the children Role models. Tell them about strong islamic role models and their struggle. Tell them about fear and mercy. The good slave hears and then obeys. Do not command them to obey before they hear.

so relaxation is haram in islam and it’s bizarre because of salah and there is no taking a break from salah whether weekend, winter break, spring break, summer break, bad weather, if you’re sick or you’re on a vacation and also there’s no neglecting it deliberately even if you’re at work, school, college or gym (more efforts are killing me)
