I have been a Dental Assistant for 29 years and wanting to start my own teeth whitening business. I live in South Carolina and aren’t sure about OSHA regulations in my area/ laws. I have contacted the Dental Association and board with no luck of getting any definitive answers. Can you help me with some tips of where to start as well as how to purchase whitening gels if I’m not a licensed Dentist or Hygienist?

Is there a list of how much it costs/profits to show bank for business loan?

I live in New Hampshire. And took a course through lush and they are not credited and unfortunately it cost me $600. I am a cosmetologist and want to add this service to the salon. Is this something I can do?

My instructor years ago said i can do teeth whitening within my esthetician license

Sadly that's not true unless you buy over the counter products. Over the counter products don't do much :(. Or of course unless you complete a course with certification

I’m a dental hygienist student and I want to start my own teeth whitening in Texas. In my state DH cannot perform outside a dentist scope of practice. But I’m curious if this applies to whitening or not?

Good question! You can’t perform any dental hygiene duties, but you can do teeth whitening with the proper course :-)
