for those of you wondering whats going on here, and before everyone screams and panics rotation mechanism blah blah blah blah and take them off all your tanks and sell them to replace with turbo, first think of the reasoning here. The reasoning here is specific to EBRs, GSOR wheeled meds. Not traditional tracked tanks. Max wheel angle doesn't equal traverse speed. Just like a rammer won't effect your autoloader inter-shot time period, neither will lRM boost your max wheel angle limits. Thats the limiting factor here, not how fast the wheels turn, but the axle limitation on how FAR the wheels pivot. Tracks do not ahve this issue, so rotation mech still fine on tradtional meds.

Believe we tested this years ago Hull traverse doesn't happen when the tank is moving forward or backward. Only when the tank is spinning.

Next challenge for game mechanism testing: Do he shells have full module damage despite not penning? Why sometimes you get lit on fire, even though the HE did only 50 damage or so.

The fires come from splash damage. Any damage to the engine has the % chance to set you on fire. It doesn't matter if the shell did 1 damage or 1,000 damage to the engine. Same thing with killing crew members, crews in the game have only 1 HP, so any splash damage might kill the crew member.

I'm performing very well in this tank with rammer, vents, and optics. I don't pay to win, but if I did I'd drop optics for turbo, and use pay-to--won consumable.

Missing one big part of IRM... It improves the turret rotation quite a bit (yes Skill mentioned it, but quickly just dismissed it). A second bit as well... It reduces bloom during movement, not as much as a Vert Stab, but still. Those are still valid reasons to run it even without the hull traverse.

@@Kristiyan-Angelov Did you read my comment? I mentioned V Stab doing more related to the bloom... IRM still boosts the turret traverse, so for personal choice you can do IRM or Vert Stab. Neither are bad choices.

Nah, vert stab is much better. There's no need to boost turret traverse speed on a tank which already has crazy turret traverse speed like fucking 50 degree/s. You'd come out much better by just going vert stab since it gives more dispersion reduction than the IRM and in IRM, when it comes to wheelies, dispersion is the only thing that realistically matters. Therefore you have IRM dispersion vs vert stab dispersion and since vert stab reduces the dispersion more - it wins.

For me this tank is like a Lynx on steroids, just in the medium tank branch instead of light tanks. It has good handling but the mobility is clearly of a medium tank. Playing with Turbo really helps to bump up your mobility, so it doesn't feel as clunky as without it. A spotting build is risky but it's always nice to play the spotter role if there aren't light tanks around.

😁 I did that once when Skill was just starting to use the Ferrari. I remember him running it into the lake on Lakeville... "Nothing to see here." When I discovered I had it on 1.25, I changed it back to 1. With skill on the Ferrari, it looked just about the same. Hell, I could even slow it down and still looked crazy.

I was honestly looking forward to the british wheeled line but if this vehicle is indicative of their play style... I am immensely disappointed. They've got a 'okay' gun and... that's it. They're the same speed as all other mediums, have similar characteristics as all other mediums, and offer nothing new or unique. The only reason they were ever introduced was to say 'look, we put in more wheelies'... but not putting in wheelies along the same vein as EBRs (thankfully!). These wheeled mediums needed a 'gimmic'. Such as insane zero-to-60 acceleration or no ground resistance issues at all (like lights, who maintain concealment on the move. These mediums should have been given the ability to ignore terrain resistance). And, honestly, compared to all of the other gimmics currently in the game that's the only one I can say would be 'new and interesting'...

Comparing apples vs oranges isnt that good. You are competing with mediums not lights and you can hardly outspot anything. Sure the gun is awesome, but thats all. This tank is pure money grab. Its just my opinion. ;)

lRM is very powerful equipment on tank destroyers and arta that cannot mount vert stab, and ahve very bad gun handling.

@@denesjurcsek3771 IRM is good for any autoloader that has bad gun handling, in combination with vertstab. That being said, i replaced the IRM with the fire control system, for my is3a, it is very good😁👍

you can use it on turreted TDs that can't use Vents (Jackson, Achilles) or mid tier autoloaders like the Skoda T25 since they can't use Vert Stabs anyway

It's likely (not 100% sure) a very mangled version of the rus "yop tvayu mat", which is a somewhat censored exclamation of exasperation. Directly translates to "fuuu your mother".

@@Loner365 I don't know, though, if it's a general Lithuanian version, or just Skill's extra censored variant. Also, having the "yop" end in 'p' instead of 'b' is the whole of the very light censorship in the full rus phrase I quoted. In rus they have other more censored variants of it like 'yomayo' and 'yoperesete'. And, afaik, in most situations it's not meant to be directed at anyone or an insult of anyone in particular, just an exclamation of exasperation or bad surprise, shouted into the ether. But it still has the f*** word and sounds like it might be directed at someone, hence the censored variants.

Id like to see similar video about Improved aiming unit, I see people use it for not the most inaccurate tanks, fore me it gives 0.02 extra dispersion, unless dispersion is really bad, like 0.40+, kinda hard to believe that there is real difference between 0.32 or 0.30

@@Bishox strictly speaking it's the radius of the aiming circle that decreases by 7%, but the result is that the aiming circle is about 13.5% smaller, as the radius appears twice in the formula for a circle.

But what if you would use the Mobility improvement System T3 well experimental turbo 3rd lvl???🤔 instead of IRM and/or simple turbo i mean Experimental turbo 3rd lvl got almost everything from those two equipment pieces... Just lil bit less HP's +gun handling etc but at the end it would be better in my opinion...🤓P.S. That’s what I have on mine Improved ventilation on the first slot gun rammer on the second slot Mobility improvement system T3 on third slot With gearbox intricacy on the directives slot. Pair that with pudding and tea, BIA, smooth ride and snap shot and the tank is a dream.

If the gun behaves well then with Turbo you are great, if the gun is derpy then the experimental Turbo is better, because you improve your speed and gun handling by 80% of Turbo and Vert stabs combined.

I mean yeah it looks kinda cool like a Lynx 6x6 XXL 🤔 But now tell me if you just like me have more than half premium tanks how many tanks do you use daily to farm credits and/or train crew? oh btw Skill said it's not really even good for the farming... So i really doubt that someone gonna use it as a premium tank even knowing the fact it's crew is more like U.K. VI-IX LT's than MT's... + most of us already have 30-50+ U.K. Books ready for new tech tree... I think WG would get more money from non nerfing 56TP and putting it on sale and making the marathon for this tank... But they did everything backwards as always... Ok i'm going wrong way... @@davidaio1019 if by half of the total tanks that I have, no, but I do own more T8 premium tanks than techtree ones, and most of them are for farming creds and finishing missions with boosters and other tanks are for stat padding and fun, and the GSOR falls into the fun category for me, i mean it’s not for everyone but it does the job, it’s still out classed by a bourrasque, Iron arnie, and (just my opinion on this) A.P. AMX 30 because it only has 1.7 less horsepower, does 60 damage less, nearly has the same hull armor but lower profile, and it also has trollish mantlet, at some point in time has luckily bounced a shot from a T110E4 and OBJ 268V4. I am playing alot with the Gsor 1010 right now, but I guess when the vanity wears off i’ll go back to playing with tanks like bourrasque and AP amx 30. funny enough I do have the cobra for a while which only has 3 crews and that crew came converted from the old FV4202. Also the thing is, WG won’t make a marathon out of a tank that a tech tree, they plan to include in the near future, they usually would put tanks in a marathon that already has a tech tree equivalent or has no plans for a new a line for a nation.

And hmmm can't really remember but still... P.S. Progetto 46 was my first tier VIII premium because i started to play not long ago before it's release... Now look when they first time nerfed the Italian tech tree tanks and at the same time buffed the Progetto 46 i was ok it's still good tanks to play... but why they wen't for other nerfs? The Italian MT's were not toxic because it was tech tree and hard to play now they are... Maybe when WG get tiured to play with AMX 65 t ''balancing'' they will get back at Italian MT tech tree What i wanna say i don't play too good/toxic tanks And i guess i would get some fun with the new GSOR but what i don't like that they can't balance or listen to the players... Cobra fun but hard and toxic the BZzzzzzzz-176 is almost too good even for tier X standards and the story comes to end in our pockets they started copy paste tanks just to make money not for players to get fun or help them at grinding new tech tree crews...
