Hi @phill_bu How do you sleep? Do you snore? Snoring and poor sleep can be signs. If you have sleep issues or agitated sleep it may mean mouth breathing. A knock on effect of poor sleep is being irritable during the day (another sign). The big question we always ask: Do you wake with a dry mouth? If so, then you are likely a mouth breather.

I like the Myotape, I don't know if I snore more or not, but my mouth is moist and has a pleasant feeling in the morning and day. However, the Nasal Dilator I bought from your site for 15 usa $, are absolutely ghastly, they are not pliable and are as hard as stone and to insert these smelly plastic dilators is not easy at all and since they have no plasticy and are extremely rigid they even hurt.

Hi there, used it for 3 nights. Night 1 and 2 good but got panicky and had nightmares with/of it in night 3. Now I am hesitant to put it on again. Have cptsd but would like to use it to improve my health. Any tips/suggestions? Thanks 🙏

Absolutely @regulawagner4286, Learn functional breathing. Those prone to panic/anxiety attacks can find the tape more difficult to use. The tape works best as an accompaniment to functional breathing. By learning breathing techniques like light breathing (kzbin.info/www/bejne/eZWzoYlpZ8iAZqs&pp=ygUgb3h5Z2VuIGFkdmFudGFnZSBsaWdodCBicmVhdGhpbmc%3D) you can learn to increase CO2 tolerance safely and improve your breathing.

I have a CPAP strip that goes over the lips. If the tape is around the lips wouldn't the mouth still open?

Hi Hannah, you can still talk with the tape on if needed, but it is designed to train the muscles around your lips to keep them closed.
