You support what I discovered early on. I go to form failure to avoid injury. This becomes especially important as you age. The ramp up is longer and slower (due to aging tissues) and if you push past, as you say, muscles fatigue, other muscles compensate and injury often follows. Thanks. Love your expertise!

What I struggle with is overdoing it when getting back into different sports. For example, cycling. It's challenging to just go for 30 minutes when it's a nice day out and I'm feeling good...so I go for an hour. Then my back is tweaked and then I can't ride again for a bit until all my muscles relax. Great information and guide for getting back into activity. Patience is key.

Great and smart info! TY! I do go to technical failure. On final set I allow the last rep to be wonky. If the deep stabilizers are the "weak link" can we train them to help overcome it? If so what exercises? Appreciate you!

Hi and thanks for asking. Doing isometric exercises is a great start. Check out the ROM Coach app Single Exercises library for anything called ISO. Do them all 2 - 3 times weekly for at least 4 weeks and send a report. We look forward to reading about your progress :) www.precisionmovement.coach/rom-yt - Coach Joshua, Team PM

Coach E, can you do a video for jaw dysfunction?
@PrecisionMovementCoach2 ай бұрын
Hi and thanks for the suggestion. We surprisingly don't have any mouth content. What are your symptoms? The neck and posture content may help. Is it a diagnosed dysfunciton or jaw clenching or something else? Let us know some more info so we can better assist you. Talk to you soon :) - Coach Joshua, Team PM

How about a video on different grips? 3 different grips. Same result?

Thanks for the suggestion. Switching grips is a great idea to add varied stimulus to the joint. All of the same muscles are working at the same time just in different ways. Let us know if you have any more questions :) - Coach Joshua, Team PM
