I’ve owned iPhones since the 3GS and I’ve charged every one of them to 100% every time. I’ve never had an issue. My 14 pro max I had for nearly 2 years and it only dropped to 99% People are too obsessed with their batteries. Use quality chargers and cables, don’t let your device get hot and charge when needed.
@tariqkhan00618 сағат бұрын
Yes . Agree. Only the heat can degrade battery percentage.

How about people stop living on their phones and live in reality? That preserves battery life immensely

I’ve got the iPhone 15 Peo Max, I use optimized battery charging, my maximum capacity dropped from 100 to 99 after 33 cycles. It’s currently 98% with 177 cycles as of this comment.

My 15 Pro Max still has got 100% Battery Health after 1 year and 2 Months. I’ve only used it between 80% and 40% but with only 150 cycle counts. Greetings from Switzerland 🇨🇭

My 11 pro max was charged 100% all the time and had very heavy use. Only upgraded last week and battery only dropped to 84% from release day on my 11PM. Happy with that over the 4/5 years of the phone so I’ll leave my 16pm to 100% charge as well.

@davidjacobs624421 сағат бұрын
Always to 100% for me.I tend to upgrade every year anyway so battery health is not a concern.The most battery health I’ve ever lost in one year has only been 3% anyway and that’s with MagSafe charging only.

Never. Hundred percent every night, but with optimized battery charging on that stops it at 80% and slowly charge up to 100% by the time I take it off in the morning. I’ve always had the best, longest battery life each year of everyone I’ve compared to, doing it this way.

I don’t think setting a limit does anything. I’ve tried it with three different iPhone. All has different results. It’s so random. The only thing I did notice is the phone that used wireless charging dropped battery health the quickest.
