Why you shouldn't care about the percentile Rank on LeetCode 🤔

Whenever we submit a solution on #LeetCode and if that solution is correct and passes all test cases, we get 2 percentile ranks, one for how much faster this solution was than all other solutions and another for how smaller the memory footprint was compared to all other solutions ever submitted on LeetCode.
This percentile rank isn't a very good metric to test out your code as LeetCode questions often have many constraints that people don't often follow and submit their code without these constraints hence making their solutions stand out in the top percentiles, whereas the code that you would've submitted might've been following all constraints and would've fared better if there was a human taking the test rather than a computer.
So, focus on mathematically reducing time and space complexity and making sure that all test cases are cleared.
