Let’s stop calling people doing donuts in the middle of intersections “street racing.” Street racing has been going on illegally in the northwest without problems for about 75 years. Typically an industrial areas. (Kent) Doing donuts in intersections and neighborhoods is the new problem that everyone considers racing. It’s not at all. I’m pretty involved in the car culture locally (shows etc)and, there’s virtually no actual racing.
