We can't afford not to shop locally. I am off all of my medications for blood pressure, diabetes and asthma. My wife is off diabetes medications and blood pressure medicine 💊 . The money we save on medication allows use to buy our meat from farmers. We can grow anything else we need. We mainly just eat meat. Eggs from our chickens. Processed foods were killing us. In our 60's now and feel like 20's. Been doing this for two years now and we spend 450.00 a month on food. So much cheaper than eating out and all the junk we were eating. You dad was a smart man.

I finished treatment for aggressive breast cancer in April of this year. My family doctor is an integrative MD who oversaw my nutrition while undergoing the highly toxic treatment. The treatment is from materials made by God. In my specific case, the standard of care chemotherapy relies on the bark of the Pacific Yew tree. God made everything. If we believe our bodies are designed to heal and are resilient we can heal from the cure for cancer too. I drink raw goat milk everyday. I was told that my case was very amazing given how well I tolerated the treatments and how quickly I am recovering from the treatments. I am already 85 to 90% normal and my hair is growing back in by God's grace and my period even came back at age 49 when I was told that I would stay in menopause. God is good! Eat whole foods!

I think you are absolutely correct,I lost my wife to cancer 13 years ago after she fought it for 10 years, they told her from the beginning that they would not be able heal her of it but they could treat her for it. She had to go to take her chemotherapy treatments at the cancer hospital in Louisville Kentucky, there was at least 2 of the nurses that told her they have cures for cancer but the FDA won’t approve them so they can be used. I watch several of the farm based videos on KZbin, and several of the farm moms always talk about canning their own food, and trying to be self sufficient. But they regularly show their grocery store buys and they are feeding their children and husband some of the worst kind of poison in food form. And most of it is the generic stuff that is even worse,I believe that people are brainwashed and falling into the trap.I know it’s a long comment but I agree with you 100%,Thank you for getting the word out and please keep up the good work.

I'm not big on veggies/fruits but I do eat bananas and watermelon. Plus nuts like cashew or pecans. I walk everyday at least 2 miles which really helps with losing the weight. I went a whole year of no sweets and it helped break the sugar addiction. The only sweets I'll eat now are homemade, no store bought.

Andrea, Amen Girl!!! Our food acrossed this country is controlled by a handful of companies. I feel people are getting sick from the fake material, drugs, perservatives, and chemicals placed in the foods. Real whole foods are hard to find in the stores. You have to read every label, and even question the contents listed on the labels. I remember the old days when people would eat real food, and not be sick. The weight issues weren't really a problem in the old days because people were eating real food, not chemicals. We used to have physical education in school. When we got home we did our home work, and worked on the farm, played outside until dinner. Then after chores we'd be back outside playing. Now a days people don't socialize in person. They have their heads stuck in the darn cell phone texting. Or the kids, and adults park themselves in front of a television, or a gaming system.

I pray folks will take this to heart. I grew up poor, and both my parents worked full time, but we cooked all our food from scratch, mostly because we really couldn't afford Hamburger Helper. As we children grew we took over the household duties and the cooking. I was blessed not to have to work while my children were young, but we still cooked most all our food from scratch. Now my children are grown, and they cook their meals from fresh foods. My son is an excellent chef, and we rarely go out to eat because our potlucks are better and fresher food than we can buy. That said, my kids all work full time, and the little grandchildren have been allowed to eat convenience food regularly even though their parents don't. It makes me crazy.

You nailed it when you mentioned "Regional/Seasonal" foods. Years ago I was told to look for older cookbooks from my area, churches put together a lot of them. Many of the recipe ingredients are being raised on farms and in private gardens locally and it was my path to growing a more prosperous garden, fruit trees and eating more healthy because I ate fresh in season. I did find an old Amish recipe cookbook and the author pointed out that "What doesn't grow local, treat it as a culinary delicacy." Many of these were the Amish "Sweet & Sours": jams, jellies & Chutneys. They didn't grow pineapple so when it was shipped in they would buy some to make into "Sweet & Sours" and ate only by the teaspoon on the side with a Sunday supper meal. Apparently the ladies were very proud of those. I started looking at those distant fruit and veggies in a whole different light. Many I have stopped eating all together so I can afford better quality local grown grains, meats., butter and honey.

I am gonna face recrimination, but I started really questioning what I had done different from my two sisters who didn't get cancer as I worked out and ate better. I believe it was bc pulls which they let me take for over 20 years and mammograms which I had routinely from 32-52! I truly believe these damage you as bc pills are from a synthetic hormone and mammograms press the sensitive tissues of the breast as well as irradiate them! I from age 53 haven't gone back to a doctor since except optometrist and dentist and am questioning that as well at age 62. I was hospitalized once for uti and have figured out naturally to avoid that as well. I'm a retired Occupational Therapist and have a bs degree, so I'm not a nutcase!

How do you naturally deal with a UTI?

1000% Right. I was an LPN and We Barely touched on nutrition. Doctors, Medical Professionals are taught to treat symptoms. Not so much on what truly is the cause or cure for diseases. I Applaud Your Efforts. Keep it coming. I tell everyone I Can about truly nutritional, non processed foods. Keep up the Good Work. God Bless You, Yours and All of Us. ✝️😊💞🐤🐐🐄 🐖🍄🌎🕊️

Love the video! As for buying local costing more and some think you can't afford it, you can pay more up front and feel better or pay more at the doctor and pharmacy in the end. Big Pharma controls the food industry and wants us to eat what they say is good for you. It's worth the extra up front to feel better! I know some people just won't change. I pay what is needed to eat healthy. I rarely get sick and haven't been to the Dr in years. My wife eats junk, feels bad everyday, has $300-500 per month in prescriptions meds and constant trips to the Dr. Pay it up front. You'll feel better and save money in the end!

You nailed it. I had a heart attack in March and the cardiologist never once talked about nutrition. The nurse that was taking care of me during this time scolded me for doing Keto /Carnivore and blamed my heart attack on that, pushing the usual diet. They don’t tell you the real culprit is insulin resistance and too many carbohydrates. Love your videos.

New subscriber and I believe everything you said. A change in food brought healing to me and my husband. I'm in southwest Missouri and my farmer (Armand Bechard) was persecuted and prosecuted over raw milk, because a state agent begged his daughter to sell a bottle and they had one extra because a customer didn't show up. He eventually won and he's the reason raw milk is legal in this state. I'm mostly carnivore, because it gives me optimum health, but before that I only cooked everything from scratch, sourdough, fermented, soaked and dried things, etc. Bought all my food from farmers. God bless you for sharing the truth. ❤ P.S. raw milk cured my husband's life long allergies.

AMEN!! Thank you Andrea. It’s been refreshing to hear more people coming around to this. It was overwhelming to me when I started the process of making changes. One step at a time is my mantra. I’ve been trying to share with my adult children as well. I pray they will be more proactive in making changes for themselves but in the end they have to decide for themselves how far they want to go with it. Thanks for sharing!

The farm I shop at, they take IOU’s. They are so amazing and truly care about the community. If people pay with food stamps, they give them a 50% off discount. I’d never buy meat anywhere else but my local farm. We have healed so much since eating the food from the farm.

I always thought it was best to assume the government is telling lies, and you will not be tricked. If you can't prove it three times, don't trust it. That's how it works in England. I've just come across you're channel, and have subscribed. Take care.
