Thanks for clearing out the point that it's not necessary to have a prior customer service experience to get through the interview. There are a lot of people including me who do not have a customer service background so it was really perplexing for me as to what to show in that experience column in my resume. After watching this video I'm sure I can put my current experience and somehow relate it to customer experience, am I right Nidhi? Thanks :)

I’m working in five stars hotel (Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur) in Malaysia. And My qualification certificate that *higher secondary certificates. And I have also 3 years work experience and five star award certificate. Last year i was selected as a best employee for my hard work and commitment. Can I present this certificate during interview ??
