I agree that pullman is a bad investment. Almost impossible to earn money from. I already warn my buyer about this. he say no problem. He just wants it for own stay. So it really depends on what are you looking for from the property.

I also bought pullman for my own stay. I have been renting for 3 years and I’m sick of landlord increasing my rents till today. My mortgage is similar to my rent currently. I have a shop near cbd and I can take train to my shop everyday. I do not need to drive. And meet most of my clients at town. And given the facilities why not?

With the new Prime Plus Standard model for HDBs, it seems likely that HDB prices will not rise as much/quickly as before and their profits will be curtailed.
