Hey Jason, I found you about a week ago and this video came my way this morning. I was just at a point where I was struggling to find the reason why my socials weren’t blowing up with opportunities… I think you hit the nail on the head! I love all of this! It really opened my eyes! I am a relationship and self-love coach and just self-published my first eBook a few weeks ago. It doesn't sell very well (yet) but now I know why. I write it in you-form, like a conversation between the reader and me. It's the kind of book I always searched for, when I was a teenager/young adult, so I am excited that it is out there now. But I tried too hard to sell it. So instead I made it free for a few people in exchange for a review - and that gives me a few more people who want to read my words. That alone makes me happy. I've been on your email list through Facebook for a while now - and just as I go on KZbin, I saw this video, right when you uploaded it! Great video, pretty amazing stuff. Thank you for sharing your messages, they all hit the spot and I shared your video to a few friends of mine :-) thank you

I always wondered why I do not enjoy having to upload to social media all the time, especially when my numbers are so low (Im a DJ, I post upcoming events, then pics and videos of how it went, to let people know I'm active and working). Im also an introvert, so opening up to people online is hard. What you have said is a relief, essentially the way we have been doing social media is outdated. I also dont like being "sold or marketed" stuff, I want social media to go back to being social, a place to mingle and connect

Be honest, is my content bad? Authenticity is a big deal for me but it's hard to translate that online in video. Appreciate you showing up in this video. Also, i totally use and abuse we instead of you or I. That's my takeaway. 😮
