When I went back with a problem with them, my looked up percentages on her computer and told me only 6% of people have these symptoms! I had to go to the emergency room, so for me it was a 100% reaction! She then stolidly referred me to a pain and spine clinic, so she didn’t have to find out what is really going. She’s only in it for surgeries and money and she couldn’t care less about me and finding out my real problem and source of my pain. It’s overwhelming. I have to keep on trying to find out what’s really wrong but where do I turn next. It’s really frightening.

Real world situation to prove this. Brief backstory: My youngest son had complications from gall-bladder surgery (unbeknownst to us) and we spent six months trying to figure out why he was getting bloated every so often, intermittent constipation and at times having breathing problems. This turned out to be an intestinal impingement from prior gall bladder surgery scar tissue. On July 5, he woke up panicked he couldn't breath. We rushed him to the ER where they put him on O2, pulled air out of his stomach and blood work etc. They wanted to do a cat-scan and apparently their protocol is sedation. As soon as they sedated him he stopped breathing and passed out. They had to 'revive' him with Norcon (twice). The PA told me that they were following protocol on administering the sedation. As to say, 'Hey it's not our fault he stopped breathing. We always give sedation.'' I'm very sure in the old days, a doctor would not have even considered sedation in that situation - you want your patient to be alert if they are having difficulty breathing... seems obvious. How it ended, as soon as they revived him they advised moving him to another hospital. There were mistakes made at the other hospital, but that is a longer story.

There are so many rewrites that some newer versions may want to slide it to SOME evil but I highly doubt it and if they do then that version should definitely get the side eye cuz they are twisting words to covet their ideas and make money. Every profession likely suffers from this. Professions are easily captured by capturing licensing boards and professional organizations. That appears to have been very easy in many professions. The necessary investment in education to enter any profession means high debt for many and high investment for all (time, money, opportunity, personal pride/identity). This means the professional has a LOT to lose - in many cases this can mean losing everything, including pride/position, which for some is worse than losing everything else. This dynamic has been weaponized by the far left and it’s insidious. It’s clearly corrupted health care (of every kind - even veterinary, law/justice, and education. Likely much more.

As a physician during the Covid I told my wife it was only a matter of time before I lost my license or got cancelled due to my opinions about the Covid mandates. I was sure one of my patients (12000 visits throughout the pandemic) would do a Facebook post and the mob would come for me. I did lose patients but fortunately the mob never came. Faith in my patients trust restored. It was interesting the patients I lost. Most were very sure that I had no idea what I was talking about. My practice became much healthier after the loss of those toxic people.

When I started private practice in 1982 none of my fellow medical staff members were employed by our local rural community hospital. When I retired in 2022 I was the only member of the medical staff who was independent, and not employed by the hospital, which was owned by a massive "healthcare" corporation. Corporate employment is a death knell for independent medical thinking as well as physician moral authority.

They were terrible. I'd be doubled up in bed with pain. I looked up the new med he wanted me to take and the complaints about it were also numerous. He never asked me about my diet, or about my blood pressure when at home. I told him my BP always goes up when I walk into the VA. Nope. He wouldn't listen. Gotta put me on some new meds. SO....... I refuse to take them. They don't like that. Instead, I changed my eating habits. No more fast food. No sodas, only unsweetened tea or water. No breads. No French fries, fried fish, chicken, etc. Plus I started walking brisk, one hour a day. Took my blood pressure at home every day for thirty days straight and emailed them to him at the VA. My weight went from 184 to 163. My blood pressure readings at home were normal for every day, except one. His response? "Try taking the statin once every other day, except every day." The med was avastostatin , not sure of spelling. Went in after my 30 days of eating proper and had a blood test at the VA. They did not take my BP. Colesterol was fine. But still wanted me to "try" the statin. What gives with these doctors pushing all these pills??? I'm 75 years old and am fed up with these doctors that don't listen to their patients.

I shouted from the rooftops for about 6 months on various media platforms, to be shouted down, lambasted and ridiculed, this was a hill I was willing to die on. I could not / would not compromise my integrity - I had no money and lost all my 'friends', but I slept peacefully at night - There was no 'excuse' as far as I was concerned. People trusted me, that meant more than anything, that was not up for negotiation nor compromise, no matter the cost. I have taken early retirement (at 54 then) - Just as a side note, I never visit Dr's - I've been seeing homeopaths since I was 16. A couple of things: 1.) I once read an article that claimed that the American Heart Association was funded in huge part by a drug company that promoted blood pressure medication. Is it any wonder that the American Heart Association has lowered blood pressure recommendations have gone down over the years? 2.) True story from the pandemic. A friend of ours worked at a hospital. Before the vaccine came out, this friend contracted COVID and later developed long COVID symptoms. At the time, the guidelines were that anyone with long COVID symptoms should not get the vaccine. His employer was mandating the vaccine. My friend asked their primary care doctor for a note saying that they should not get the vaccine due to the current guidelines. The doctor told him "I agree with you 100%, those are the guidelines. However, I can't give you a note like that." My friend asked why not? The doctor said "It comes down to this. The government takes a dim view of doctors saying someone should not get the vaccine. They want everyone to get the vaccine. So much so, that if I start handing out notes like that, we will no longer be able to accept Medicare patients because the government will deem us unfit." My friend ended up losing his job over it because he wouldn't get the vaccine.

@@meanderingmyrrkat8798 Same thing with diabetes. Anything below 160 is totally normal. Even up to 180. Only over 250 long term can diabetic ketoacidosis become an issue. Type 2 is not real, for the most part it's just an eat too much and not enough activity disorder. The "Dawn Phenomenon" is nothing more than God/Nature/Evolution giving you energy in the morning. To even normalize glucose numbers close to hypoglycemia below 90 is absurd. In geriatrics most seniors with numbers below 100 have lower energy. Yet in pediatrics kids going to bed with glucose 200 is normal? An adult with a larger mass will normally require much higher glucose levels than a smaller mass. Even in post stroke victims high glucose levels have better outcomes. The entire medical industry is a scam full of iatrogenic disease. Many treatments produce worse situations than the initial symptoms. When you understand real science [which exists independently from the medical industry] it seems cherry-picked from the top-down, indoctrinated medical schools and students are deliberately taught wrong treatments, protocols and procedures for profit and population control.

You are spot on. Worked in healthcare for almost 40 years. I saw the decline many years ago once hospitals started merging and buying up practices, out patient and surgi centers. Doctors being told how to treat patients by the healthcare corporation that employs them. No more independant doctor practices was the death of good medicine Doctors were being told how to treat patients. My last few years working I saw so many good experienced doctors quit. The decline in patient care, treatment of staff and uncaring doctors caused me to retire a few years early. I could write a book. Thanks for being part of the Hope Accord Dr D. We need more people to sign on!

I'm American and 70 years old. Haven't been to a doctor since I was 13 with a broken leg. I eat healthy, used herbs, spices, apple cider vinegar, a cup of pineapple juice every day etc... When we were kids we didn't get sick as often as the kids these days. We played outside all day and ate a lot of dirt. Nowadays adults and kids go to the doctor for every little thing. We weren't trapped inside all playing social media and allergic to the outdoors. People are just wimpy these days and think they need a prescription for everything.

Agree. I believe all the auto immune diseases (which wasn’t a thing 20 yrs ago) is caused by overuse of antibiotics and over medicating. If people are dumb enough to fall for the medicating every time they are sick they are to blame. After all docs are just doing their job pushing poison - legal drug pushers.

When you were a kid, the waters and foods you ate weren't poisoned with microplastics and chemicals. FYI even home-grown food is contaminated now, because the plastic is now so deep in the molecules of our DNA that it's part of us now. That and if you believe in the chemtrail stuff, then that conspiracy implies that all food is contaminated just by being exposed to fresh, unfiltered air.

Then came Reagan and the big business of healthcare. Then we had to discharge patients early so the hospital could pocket the money. I cared for elderly patients whom I had to discharge in their hospital gowns into Taxis to return to their living places when they could barely walk. It broke my heart but it got worse over the years. I got out before the Pandemic. Thank God.

@@stormy_weather_is_here I understand it’s more due to the time and intention put into the work but if the entire model was changed it would drive costs lower. @@richardfadle5921 That is loaded question... I started working when I was 14 years old. When it came around for me to earn my bachelor's degree, I graduated in 1986 and higher education was not that expensive at that time. I graduated medical school in 1990 and still it was not that expensive. I was fortunate to have a great job through school working for a plastics company. I did cost estimating because I'm pretty good at math. My mechanical engineering degree was more difficult than earning my medical degree. Cars? I've had a lot. Homes? I have had several and I purchased homes for my mother. Cash on the barrel. Never had a mortgage. I currently have three homes in Europe. Bottom line is that I believe that I've been pretty responsible when it comes to monetary adventures. Also, being a double board trauma/ cardiothoracic surgeon that travels the world for my skill set, fills up my piggy bank pretty well. I have also had tragedy in my life. I lost my father. I lost my wife and two children. And recently lost my mom. I'm the last of my family and when I die, my empire goes to St. Jude's children's hospital and Shriners hospital. Also, I have a plan to provide money to the European Union children's fund. I am the complete opposite of a snob sergeant. Do I have a God complex? No. But I do believe that Heavenly father gave me a gift and that gift includes sharing my skill set to help others in need.
