I have a 10 years old Velcro poodle that has been with us for 5 years. I wish I could take him to work with me. I miss him during the day. I need him as much as he needs me 🥰

My dog doesn't miss a bathroom visit or a shower. Ever. Both my pups aren't home with me and it's driving me crazy. Every place they always are, they aren't. Can't imagine not having them!!!

❤❤ my little boo always checked on me and would sit in front of me in the bathroom but when he was a baby I would hold and rock him and sing to him just like a human baby and he always slept with me I miss him so much he passed last year he was 18 my little chihuahua I wish he was still here 💔 the best dog ever he was very protective and loving❤

Our German shepherd has a pretty good balance of independence and attachment. He only checks on us occasionally and will often nap an hour or two at a time. He loves to beg for attention if we are having conversations, though. 😂

Like others here, my dogs never miss a bathroom visit, even if they are out in the yard. I'm often amazed that they aways know when I'm there. It's both cute and a little bit annoying. Nonetheless, never met a dog I couldn't love.

It's because they are looking for their pack leader 😂 all dogs have pack mentality when humans treat them like human babies the human has become the bottom of the pack then they take the leader role ❤

I grew up with dogs. When I got pregnant I was a serious high risk pregnancy and had to spend 99% of my pregnancy in bed. So I had my heart broken because I had to let my pup go because I couldn’t walk or bathe take to vet… so ahe went to a trusted relative who had a small farm and plenty of land to run. She lived a good 3 years past the estimated age of death so she had a wonderful life. I ended up getting a cat because I HAVE to have a fur child so I can feel whole if that makes sense…. My baby daddy was awesome about cleaning the litter box because pregnant women can not to that it could cause a miscarriage even as far along as I was. My baby was born healthy strong and she is an amazing mother too. My child grew up with fur siblings. Dogs cats hamsters rats birds… ect… make better people when growing up with fur siblings 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
