90/10 Rule: Prioritize practicality over perfectionism. Focus on being 90% effective rather than 100% perfect. This approach has served me well since adopting it this year, boosting productivity and reducing stress.

The siren in the middle of the video is so poetic. And it highlights the reality that perfection is unpractical. Matt could have re done that shot, but why? It's good enough, it doesnt need to be perfect

Hey Matt, I’ve dig back and watch most of your videos. So just want to drop in to say thank you, your guidance has been immense in helping me get myself out of a deep rut and apply myself, especially the procrastination vid. Your videos are both practical and inspirational to someone like me. I’m very grateful, warm wishes to you and your family.

This is so relevant to me. My boss hates how long I take to do things perfectly and loves my colleague who cranks out trash that is hard to look at. I’m leaving her for a different job, but I do think I need to figure out how to be faster!

I really enjoy the analogy of the productivity vs perfectionism graph, and from what I can tell it seems to be analogous to a production possibilities curve in economics. With that said, you discussed ways to move along the curve by changing priorities and mentalities, but are there any ways to shift the whole curve outward similar to a PPF curve in economics?

I hadn’t thought about that, but great point Nathan!

Hi Matt, I found your video very interesting as always. However, I have a question about the chart: How can we justify that at the peak of productivity, we often experience the lowest point of perfectionism? In my personal experience, I have observed that in certain situations, high productivity still contributes to perfecting the work. Thank you much and have a good day Matt :)

Question: could you make a video on how to structure a resume and portfolio from an industry ( marketing) to a tech industry ( software engineering). I saw how you pivot from an consulting to tech and wonder how to even get my resume to peek interest or even what to say in interviews on why the change

Hey Angelica! Great suggestion, let me add this to my ideas list
