Floor plans that can be read - some are so small one cannot enlarge it to read it. Include a compass to show direction it faces. Wish the UK would follow some other countries standards for leasehold properties where certain info is mandatory before an ad can be shown. Example: Lease start date, years left, Ground rent, Annual management charge, insurance(if separate), current council tax band/amount. If missing, it feels as though no can be arsed to confirm then.

If you have your house for sale and no one comes to see your property then it is over priced by a lot. If people see your property and have no offers then your over priced a little get the right price on your house
