Nobody looks to mlk for theology- he was a politician. He argued that in an academic paper. It wasn’t a sermon it’s a doctoral dissertation. He was responsible for rigorously defending and arguing. The liberal tradition is within the pale of orthodoxy. All king’s arguments, though we disagree, they’re within the pale. I hate to see black guys go after dr king when you wouldn’t be doing what you’re doing if he hadn’t stood up and fought the good fight. Especially in lieu of your support for a man like Donald Trump. I just don’t understand it. He’s implementing project 2025 as we speak. He’s made federal workers now take the loyalty pledge. Re the 14th Amendment, he is supporting it. Citizenship is only conferred on those born to at least one parent who is legally domiciled. That's what was always intended. Look at the case law.

I looked that article up and it was from what appears to be a paper that he turned in at his theology school. I'm hoping that his Christology was on point by the time of his death. I have to look into it more. But if the needle never moved from the days of his school paper then I don't think it went well for him in the afterlife. One of my favorite content creators said King was, "..a grifter." Well that's not true either. You have to take into consideration the social climate of the times. Like I saw where another favorite content creator had said the marching and bus boycott were unnecessary in the light of the ability to make discrimination illegal. I say no because racial discrimination was already illegal. The problems that I see in the civil movement is that people want to act like we are living in the 1950's. And that anyone feeling disenfranchised such as transgenderd people may try to cling to the black civil rights movement if it was their own cause. Obviously Godless issues have been elevated to natural rights under God's law. This is why I despise the efforts of some of these race hustlers. What I do appreciate is that the people who are critical of Martin Luther King are shedding light on the need for salvation through Jesus Christ alone without exception.
