You put this video up just after I had a conversation with him but speaking alone at home. It was really weird to use my voice. To voice things out loud. To send a message out there in the real world. And then your video pops up. We hold each other now gently, most of the time. But I still cry a lot. I can feel he does too. Hhe is trying physically to move on with someone else and I can feel him cry. Throwing things around. Then I promised to myself that I will accept what happened in the past and I will learn to smile when ge pops into my head and look at it from a place 9f home rather then melancholy and sadness for what it was. I can only hope he will be ready at some point. In a mean time I have freed space for things that bring positive mood so I can address my sadness and bad mental health. I can only hope that will help both of us

Ugh, its so hard to control my thoughts about this. I know who my TF is. He is 21 years younger than me, we us a friend of mines son. He reached out to me one day, and the first time, we hooked up it was magical. I think it scared him a little. We hooked up a few times and then I found out that he is in a relationship right now. I don't get to see him very much because of it. I feel like I'm going crazy. I want to be near him. I know we can't right now. I don't want to run him off, but I can't let him go. Do you have any insights for my situation. I have been searching, but i haven't found any twin flame coach speak about my issue. I am man. I met my twin at 37. We only saw each other three times before separation. I fell in love with my twin during our second meeting. Prior to meeting my twin, i had never loved anyone. Before meeting my twin, I honestly believed that i wasn't meant to experience love in this lifetime. My issue is, although i understand, accept, and forgive my twin for leaving, i am having major difficulties with the idea of reuniting with my twin because of how they left, without any explanation. I am struggling with, if i accept them back, i am teaching them that it is ok to abandon and ghost me. What is the solution to my issue? TIA ❤

It does not matter if you are a man or woman on this journey. What you need to understand and accept is that the "twin flames" phenomenon is not a romantic journey, it is your Spiritual Awakening. Although, it is *possible* to wind up with your Other Self, that is not the purpose of this journey. The Universe decided that it is your time to spiritually awaken, to ascend to your Higher Self, and had you encounter your Other Self to trigger that awakening. You need to let go of your attachment to the other 3D person and give attention to your spiritual journey. Reuniting with your Other Self will depend on that as well as Divine timing.

" - So on this - yes it is true that this is a healthy boundary you can set for yourself, you deserve respect in that regard. But also consider this… Given the short amount of time you had with that person, are you sure the pain you are feeling is their responsibility? Or did they simply show you the pain you already have been carrying? You’ve got to take responsibility for your own pain - you were going to have to face it some day anyway, this person simply helped you to shine a light on it so you can face it now. And if they ever do reach out - why would you want to punish them?
