I should have also taken the same action when HDFC sec did this to me. A profit of 8500 got converted into loss of 2500 next day.This happened to me even when I shifted from zerodha to Hdfc sec to avoid technical glitch.

It also happened with me in Dhan account recently that is 14 August. I was unable to exit my trade which I took at 2.50 pm but according to dhan it should be square off by 3.19 but it has not happened 😂. What happened is that it was an intraday trade which turn to Normal on 16 August and showed a loss of 2100 but when I asked for refund they only send me the 30 percent 😢 . If anyone reading this please don't trade in dhan by seeing some features and offers like 50percent less brokerage for female 😂 . It causes me loss more than 4k by not able to exit on time due to some error in there app 😢❤❤

@@NeeteshPathak Simply complaint with SEBI at scores.gov.in and it will forward it to relevant exchange viz. NSE/BSE. Later on you will get emails regarding what to do. Keep your evidence ready and prove to them that the loss incurred was due to Broker's negligence. My loss was around 26k and I received almost 14k (don't remember the exact amounts now). The process takes roughly 1-2 months and depends on the case manager who handles it. If you are unhappy with the judgement then you can opt for the arbitrage also but that will take a further 3-4 months and a drastic process.

I faced a similar issue with #Angelone and several times. BTW I think agar yeh amount lakhs main ya 10 lakh se upar hota toh trader ki nahi suni jaati.. I think it's a lollipop to the traders where Sebi and exchange showed "baba re hum apke sath hain"..

Zerodha is committing many scams on the pretext of technical issues. Zerodha can see your position, Zerodha can see your stop loss, Zerodha internal traders take opposing positions against large orders, Then they try to make profit by forcing those large orders to stop loss. If they can't then technical issues are created so that that large position cannot exit in profit. Since Zerodha has large capital , zerodha can move the market to some extent!!! Please be careful.

I want to share that I also use Kite and sometimes like once in 1 or 2 months, kite automatically punches my SL order at wrong price. Its always very small difference of about some Paise, but the issue is that due to this, many times I exited from the trade and the trade goes to the target. When everything is good, broker will charge brokerage charges, AMC charges, this and that expenses & earn in millions ! But when the question comes about maintenance / technical issue at broker end, they will simply disown the responsibility and show the declaration agreement signed by client, that too for 8000 rupees in this example ! It depicts that they are simply not bothered about customers. Customer "Satisfaction" is rare, even basic Customer "Support" is NOT proper :(

I had i worst experience with dhan where I had to exit a trade where I buyed a quantity of 10000 quantity of call option at 2rs and wanted to exit at 7rs but dhan rejected twice of my order and got a loss of 1.3lakh buy executed at 0.4rs i know many people will say now that this was a bad risk management trade but whatever it may be I had been in more than tripled my money with good R:R best trade
