After making Chinese buttons, this video tempted me. I just used cheapo gift-wrapping cord and had fun following this tutorial. Right away, I hung it on my little citron tree to go with the little lucky lantern charm it already has, hahah. Thanks again :D

Easy way is to use small rubber bands and tie the bottom ends and the top loop the will let you fold the loops a lot easier!

Use pins to form the loops and hold the strands down. Better than tape because easier to place.
