May I suggest a few additional things which I have implemented in our Class A Motorhome: 1) Added a 12VDC exhaust fan in line with the black tank roof vent pipe. It's powered from a nearby 12V source using a relay controlled by a low current magnetic switch mounted to the toilet's foot pedal. Pressing the foot pedal as far as needed to add water to the toilet activates the relay and fan creating a slight negative pressure in the black tank. Pressing further on the foot pedal opens the ball valve and instead of poop smells rising from the toilet's down pipe into the bathroom (more noticeable on hot summer days) they are sucked down and out the roof vent pipe. This eliminates the odor in the bathroom. 2) Added a 'Y' connector and macerator pump to the wet bay. One end of the 'Y' is connected to another waste gate valve which allows for attachment of the stinky slinky when at a dump site. The other end of the 'Y' connects to the macerator pump. The output of the macerator pump connects to two ball valves. The first connects to a garden hose to pump effluent uphill when necessary for elevated septic systems. The second connects back into the black tank using a 3/4" Uniseal brand bulkhead fitting just upstream of the toilet down pipe. This allows for blasting Poo-Pyramids toward the macerator using the water already in the black tank which does its work without needing to add more water to the black tank which would be wasteful especially when boondocking. An added benefit is that when boondocking the gray tank tends to fill before the black tank we can open the gray tank gate valve and use the macerator to put some gray water into the black tank giving us an extra day or two of dry camping before needing to drive to a dump site. 3) Added a 12VDC hot water circulation pump with wireless control such that the pump cycles on for 2 minutes (enough time to purge the cold water from the hot water pipes to the shower) when the over shower light is turned on. Had to add an inline water valve at the knobs where the shower flexible hose connects. The procedure is to turn off the shower head valve, turn on the Hot & Cold valves, and finally turn on the shower light. A small LED visible from the shower turns on when the circulation pump is running. When the LED goes out hop in the shower which will immediately have hot water. When boondocking this eliminates wasting up to 2 gallons of cold water. 4) Added a Reverse Osmosis water purification system mounted inside the RV behind the Theatre seating which happens to be in the same slide out as the kitchen sink. The RO water feeds the ice maker, and both the kitchen and added bathroom spigots. The RO unit gets water from the kitchen cold water pipe. A small RO pressure booster pump controlled by both High & Low pressure switches assuring 80 PSI for RO filter operation even with low pressure campground water or when running with the RV water pump while boondocking. Lastly the RO’s waste water flows either to the ground when city water is available or back into the fresh water tank while boondocking. This eliminates the need to shop for and carry heavy cases of purified water. 💩💩

Yeah the motion stair lights eat battery life. I probably would not get them again. If you find a 12V motion light system for the interior of the cabinets, please do a video. I'd love to add them. Especially since we already have 12v source in the cabinets for the under cabinet lighting.

We have some of the same upgrades and mods you have, including a magnetic knife rack. Ours is from IKEA and never had a knife come off in 5+ years. I noticed your knives have a coating which might be the reason they don't stay on.
