So 2.4ghz = congested, smaller number of channels, wider range but lower data transfer rate due to lower frequency and 5.4ghz = less congested, larger number of channels, shorter range but higher data transfer rate due to high frequency? Seems simple enough..

@@261093sk If you live in a apartment with two or three rooms, so your devices are close to the router, use 5 ghz with 40 mhz. I set my router to this wi fi settings, much better, full networks speed and more stable. But take in mind that your devices (read cell phones) need to support 5 ghz wi fi. There are low budget cell phones that doesn't support 5ghz. Laptops usuali support 5 ghz wi fi.

I am from Egypt.. I have a problem with the Huawei HG 633 router.. The problem is with the upload speed, its speed is only 0.3 GB, which means about a quarter of a gigabyte, even though the download speed is approximately 25 GB.. Can I find a solution to my problem with you .. Thank you
