I am tortured, abused / mentally and physically, although these words have too narrow a scope and do not reflect the range of situations that I have experienced and still experience. It is not my words or body sensations that are being thrown at me, I feel like I am on a leash, not myself.... etc. I am constantly so "torn"/"torn" that the only solution is to commit suicide. It is very likely that I will finally manage to do it (I have tried many times) and thus escape from this situation.

I believe i can come up with a game to help you in politics. But firstly, it is based on the view that "Social living is [largely/often] a balance of interests". Because, I believe politics is a game of balancing interests. Order a drink. Finish it. Order a second drink, but keep the first on the table. Play as you drink the second. You now, hypothetically for the game, have an interest in drinking your second drink. The other, invisible & hypothetical, player has an interest in first ordering a refill for the first drink FOR THEM TO DRINK and THEN you drinking your second drink any further. Before we go on. Should you drink your second drink any further before resolving this, you can consider the game reset, and play again by attempting to resolve it prior to drinking it any further. Now you must seek out what you can do, in the restaurant, so the interests are balanced. The only example of the interests balanced that i can think of at the moment: you drink further just as the other player goes to order a refill RIGHT NOW. I believe you'll find you'll find your own means. Oh, and for the above balanced case, i thought of saying to them that i believe my drink will get too cold by the time they've ordered it, but I'll drink it AS they order it, should they order it right now.
