you need to start exploring, find new things, novelty always helps even if you feel like you're not interested in anything anymore.

Just face the fear. Yes your mind is actually terrified of staying present and not you. You and your mind are not the same. As you are you're being ruled by your mind. So in a way by not being present you are letting your mind win. But don't fight it because it'll be mind fighting the mind. So start slowly..real slow. Few moments of presence in a day is good enough but be consistent. Tell yourself that I only have to be present now. Not tomorrow not for the next whole hour just NOW.
