Awesome. My WiCAN shows up today, and your video was a good primer. I'm going to try mine with my old Land Rover Discovery 2 as well as my Chevy Bolt EV. I'm planning to use MQTT to get telemetry, but sending commands to the car is definitely worth trying. Thanks for sharing what you have so far.

Intersting but i have some gap to understand how read Renault Twizy SOC Battery. Where i can find a spreadsheet like yours ? It's possible using CarScanner to find a PID reading from a readable menu off APP ? I Means if i find into carscanner a SOC value of Twizy, how can have PID number to use ?

good questions! i had to ask the WiCAN maker for these numbers. in recent firmware, it is much easier now... just select your car from a menu and infos readily come in by themselves. no need to mess with equations. i will update this video when i get a chance

Can powered by fuel, not hybrid and electric..possible also to track by ha with this method?

Yes, it works on any car with an OBD port. Note that some cars do not support certain parameters, for example not all cars support reading fuel consumption.
