Hi. How do I switch my Wick & Grow plant into a larger pot?

All well and good but the consumer isn't given options for repotting. Although the sticker states to ask the sales associte, the associate didn't have a clue.

I bought my Costa Farms plant and the plant has long roots. If I use the planter as designed won't my roots rot. They are just as long as the string

Why can’t the consumer purchase the wicks and clips separately? Are you making the Wick and Grow system available for purchase?? I can’t find any information on points of sale. Frustrating.

I purchased a plant that had a water wick unfortunately I had no idea what it was for at the time until now 😂

I didn’t have the wick either. Did you by chance purchase a ZZ plant? I wonder if that’s the reason since they don’t require a lot of water?

@@motomom1238, I too am scouring the internet trying to find info on this. Just purchased a ZZ Chameleon last week and it was from Costa Farms and came in the Wick & Grow self watering pot. The soil seems quite damp, perhaps too damp for a ZZ. I haven't seen the actual wick; when I attempted to remove the inner pot there was resistance, so I'm assuming the wick is down in there and firmly in place. I purchased mine at Wal-Mart and naturally no staff in a store like that who knows anything about plants or their actual needs. If you do find info on this topic, I'd appreciate you coming back to let us know what you found out about it.

@@motomom1238My ZZ plants both had the wick. Unfortunately the wick is missing. Check to be sure there’s a wick before purchasing.
