Hi, I am glad you enjoined the tutorial. What brand of fondant did you use (if you could give me that information it would be very helpful). Each brand dries at different speeds. The thickness for the fondant should be 1/8-inch thick. When did you prepare the fondant for the back of the heel top?

Hi. great tutorial. When I made my own- it dried but unfortunately where the top of the shoe levels out to the heel part, it had cracked badly all the way across. So now I have to start again. Please can you tell me what I may have done wrong? did I make it too thin or too thick? I used gum trag in my fondant, did I not use enough? please help as I need to make another one very soon for my mums birthday, any help would be greatly appreicated
