Love the new broom DIY!!! I personally just like sewing the clothes for my dolls, verses buying them clothes. Because its nice to give them something unique that every other doll in the universe may not be wearing. As a child I would sneak my grandmas sewing kit and I would attempt to make clothes. When I got older, I got better. When I have kids, I will definitely continuing make the clothes verses buying them. Not just cause the cost but the quality and uniqueness.

That broom looks better than the original! I agree with you about Mattel making one made to move core doll and additional fashion packs for that core doll because three of the same is just ridiculous. I’m new to doll collecting because of you Toya and I like to think I get value for my money and three of the dolls is just not it! I feel the same about the RH dolls because it’s the same doll, different hair styles and different outfits….just give me the doll and unlimited fashion packs!

I was just thinking, I don’t like musicals and don’t want these dolls but I was thinking I wanted the green witch doll just for the broom cause I love witches I got the Harry Potter Miniverse and just love the witch aesthetic. Your broom and backdrops are incredible! Absolute perfection! I'd be interested in seeing the Madame Morrible (spelling?) doll, mostly because, if she's the way I want her to be, I could use her for another project lol. I'd be interested in knowing what Made to Move body she'd fit, particularly a curvy one. :D Unless she comes on a curvy, in which case, even better. I know how you feel about the repeat dolls. I completely agree with the core doll being sold on a Made to Move body with clothes and accessories sold separately without duplicate dolls. But companies can get more money by doing that... darn it.

Toya, I need your expert crafting skills to give me some direction. I want to make a "doll stand" for the Mattel Glinda Doll that looks like her bubble from the movie. It is similar to a couch for the base and Maybe just make a background with some creative way to look like a bubble. You are so great at constructing and I think you could make it incredible. Similar to your Little Mermaid Splash stand. I hope you give it a try!!!!

It might be cool to get 2 of the same doll and leave one as is and customize the other, but do it as an upgrade. For example, the doll has a sweater with printed buttons, you add real ones. Replace plastic accessories like head bands for a real one, real books for plastic, box hair is trimmed and refined, make a front only pattern go all the way around, etc. But keeping the doll as close as you can to the original doll. Then compare.

Your crafts are always FABSOME Toya thank you! the dolls are nice, shame the fabrics are so so, and totally agree why not 1 save plastic do two nice dolls and have them with fashion packs included, it would still probably add up to the same price of all the clones together that could perhaps leave space for better quality clothes.

I have not even watched the wizard of oz sinceitwasnever a thing in Sweden. Neither Halloween. I do appreciate their face sculpts and if Glenda had blue eyes she could be a mini Trinity or with green eyes a mini Eden (later in life). What MTM body would You recommend for Glenda please? What articulated body would You recommended for a vintage Stacie (about 7 inches) or a tall Chelsea doll that’s taller than the 5 below version’s body. There’s such a huge gap between Barbie’s sisters that I am having a hard time getting them to be the realistic size of my daughters. I know there’s a lot more potential articulated body donor dolls since your last few videos on how to make Chelsea MTM and I did get all of those options the problem with the taller version is that none matches Faith’s olive skin tone. OK I know I’m super picky and detail oriented here but I know You are too so please help! I’m pretty sure other doll enthusiasts are having this issue too 🫣🤗🫶
