It was awesome and yet sad to learn that one of the reasons the spinosaur was covered in mystery was because they found only so few bones of it I think or they did find a almost complete skeletion maybe complete but was either way destroyed due to the events of world war 2 so it wasn't enough time to study fully. I want to look up and read about fossilized dinosaur skin I don't know much about it besides that it is rare and it blew my mind hearing it on t.v years ago.

Hello Laura, you have awesome videos and a channel overall, I would call it a total nostalgia trip while learning about cartoons and projects I never heard about. That being said, I am looking for one crtoon that I have little ... well vague memory and I was hoping that You have heard about it... Trouble is I don't remember the name :/ But here is what I remember : 1. It was about a boy and a girl ( not sure if brother and sister, but were the same spiecies ) 2. They were greyish / blue looking, aliens but humanoids I think. 3. They were riding on a board? Like Aladin's carppet 4. It had a space theme, maybe it was entierly set in space. 5. I think the boy and the cartoon was called something like ''Star child'' ''The Star child'' 6. I think his name was .. Ooom / Bloom / Uum ..... but not certain... 7. I think they travelled around different planets...and I am not sure what happened to their people, their nation, were they looking for them... I think it had a vibe that they were looking for something, like they were lost... I have very very little memory of it, but my curiousity is huge ^^' Thank you for your time :)

Tempted to buy two, and take a paintbrush to the second one to make it closer to the prototype image, which seems to have more contrast between the colours too (could be the photo itself). Plus add in the other things you mentioned about the eyes etc. Either way, an excellent piece. Thanks for the great review :)

If you ever get a chance, keep an eye on David Krentz Art Facebook page. He is sculpting a realistic T.rex resin kit and about to kickstart it. David Krentz was the animator for Disney's Dinosaurs and also special effects director of Guardians of the Galaxy. He's also the storyboard artist for the recent Marvel movies. He's a dinosaur nut like the rest of us and makes a lot of beautiful models.

I don't really collect JP style figures from "3rd parties", I focus on the more scientifically accurate figures in that regard, but W Dragon definitely puts a ton of love into their figures and this guy looks super impressive! Great review Laura!
