One of my Sims have started his panty collection. Get the Spell injector mod, another mod with the Climato spell, and your spell caster can change the weather at will. It's an apprentice level practical spell. Never saw that spell fail yet. Next «Can you get rich with panties», where Stanley tries to get rich collecting and selling panties.
