I would also put Tom over Sylvester. Not for the same reasons though. Tom attempts to rid his house of a pest, Sylvester is usually going after a fellow pet or a bird living outside. Also I think Tom’s best moment, adopting a duck that imprinted on him, would outclass any kind moment Sylvester might have.

Tom has tried to kill Jerry alot. Tom typically almost kills Jerry any episode involving a young Jerry sidekick. The little mouse and baby duck usually get 1 moment on their episodes were they have to save Jerry from getting killed by Tom.

*Good area*: Percy - A good little engine. Does his job well, and actually sticks to it. Often tricked into bad behavior by the other engines, so it doesn't really count as personal faults. Tobi - He do be pretty square tho. Quite, calm and collected. Caring towards others and nature. Edward - He do be wantin to help and share fr tho. Though his efforts tend to go unnoticed, or never appreciated, he still works hard to help fellow engines. He's a rational and responsible engine. Thomas - *Gray area*: Emily - She's a bit of a know it all, self-righteous, and can act snobbish at first when she is told off. When she isn't throwing her two-sense around were it isn't wanted, she can be a good source of advice for the other engines. I'll update the list a bit more later on

I'd say with Nermal it kind of depends on what Garfield TV show you're watching. In Garfield and Friends he's just energetic and unintentionally annoying, however in The Garfield Show he's a lot more malicious, there was a whole episode where he faked breaking his leg to get Garfield and Odie in trouble.

I agree with you on Katz,he is truely one of Courage’s most cruelest and worst enemies. Through Ball of Revenge sucked because it just turned Eustace into a absolute horrible jackass who just wanted to destroy Courage out of jealousy because he got the blanket instead of him. Eustace,I know you don’t like Courage,but you should be proud that Katz is more horrible and smarter than you and he would’ve been the leader instead of you.
