I consider Syndrome to be one of Pixar's darkest human villains because he was so obsessive and psychology disturbed after enduring rejection from Mr. Incredible: so much that Syndrome tried justifying his anger and resentment by killing superheroes. Syndrome was going to be a lot worse in the deleted scenes of The Incredibles. He was originally going to be Mr. Incredible's arch nemesis, who was even more deranged and had broken out of prison.

16:21 Okay when did Axlerod commit slavery? I mean he committed a type of slavery on Sally in my 2017 darkfic, but that’s not canon. I was really into the Hunger Games in the early-2010s so if the villains in Cars 2 won… well the racers would end up in a similar position as the good looking victors of the Hunger Games. Some people doesn't understand what the make a character a Villain. Joy who doesn't understand from the start that Riley needs Sadness to live a healthier life was a bit selfish of her, but it does not make Joy into a villain.
