I'm not against just throwing it in my drive just wondering if it's worth the extra step?Can people download the pdf from google without visiting my site and inputting their information if it is indexed? Awesome thank you! It's a personal preference if you want the .pdf to be indexed by Google. In most cases our clients wanted the .pdf to be protected from search indexing.

Most email service providers have their own popups that you can use and embed onto your site :)

There might be. In the message box (5.11) include some CSS (H2, h3 etc color). I tried and it worked.
