Hi , I just finishes your video and now the mailchimp does not match your video and it seems that you must upgrade from the free plan to turn on a customer journey map to send a subscriber a pdf. Am I doing something wrong. Ideas ?

Thank you! What if the website visitor wants to download the file again (e.g. after 3 months they lost it)? I'm assuming this doesn't work, because technically there is no tag added, since it already existed. Any thoughts?

Hi Monica, Yes and no. You will need Elementor Pro to use the Elementor integration with Mailchimp that allows you to create forms in Elementor and connect those forms Mailchimp using the "Actions" in Elementor. On the other hand you can create forms in Mailchimp and embed those forms inside your Elementor designs. You can use the free version of Elementor for that. Hi Jasper, There is no limited to the number of pages in a PDF. But the more pages you add the bigger the file size will be. If you have a lot of elements and images on all pages the file size can become quite large. But if the PDF file size becomes too large you can use PDF compression tools after you've created it. There are some free ones online. I hope that helps!

what if your PDF is just saved in your drive? does it have to be uploaded onto your website to work? whenever i click "file" and upload the pdf it just goes back to "website" if that makes sense

Hi there. Thanks so much for your tutorial. I tested the automation and noticed that the new contact gets now two email confirmations? One email gives a free pdf file which is correct and another one with my default newsletter subscription confirmation (for my blog). Do you know how I can solve this 'double' confirmation issue?

Hi this video is very helpful but they changed something’s on mail chimp so it is hard to follow this video. I’m lost after creating a campaign with no contact. I would like to add an ebook to my Wordpress elementor land-page so when the subscriber enter their email I can give them my ebook.

I didn’t make this video that long ago using the free plan. I’ll double check. Although MailChimp has been acquired since then, that often leads to changes.

That makes sense. True autoresponder hasnt been part of the free plan for years (maybe never?). We just get one welcome email that’s auto-sent.

Is there a way of creating a landing page for PDF download that will send the link to new subscribers or existing subscribers under the free account? Also, I get a default "Subscription Added" email BEFORE receiving the landing page email.

I just checked and it looks like the new owners of MailChimp moved this functionality into "Journeys", which are only part of a paid subscription :(
