GREATEST GAME OFF ALL TIME. way ahead of its time, the potential this game had from the start was something like no other, i remember this game like it was yesterday i believe it was season three when they killed this game, making shotguns over powered. i hate thinking about what this game could’ve been but i just smile knowing that i was apart of such a beauty

i use to be so bad and thought i could never be like widdz and all them when it comes to aiming because in 2017 i switched to PC from console and was bad... now i went back all these years later after being on PC this whole time and was solo manhunting so easy. I didnt even realize how good ive gotten over the last 6 years

Dude it wasnt shotguns that ruined the game it was classified gears sets. Instead of giving the game new gear they recycled the old ones. Makes all end game gear obsolete when all you need is a classified striker/nomad set.

I can remember playing division one dark zone in a squad you really was in the dark zone on paranoid, sometimes even scared and worried they had it right I don’t know what happen with this game, but hitting the different spots from the subway to the pit the buildings Lootingi it'll never be nothing else like this never

One of the best PvP experiences I’ve had in a game, I stopped playing in early 2016 before the expansions. I was playing with someone for a little over 1 week, going into DZ, outstanding rogue agents even going rogue ourselves and then I looted a really epic sniper that was end game loot at that time, around extraction he went rogue and killed me. It ruined the fun for me because he even added me on PSN and seemed like a real friend. I had a really cool shotgun/smg noob tube build and tried to pick it back up when the expansions dropped in 2017 but noticed a lot of cheaters in DZ range hacking and melting me in 1.5 seconds so I stopped playing, but I did have a blast on this game before all the hackers and cheaters.

that guy zulu-mike is golden :) miss the game. I don't even pvp and still went in the DZ for the adrenalin. Just ducking rogues and whatnot. So much fun. Simple and still with much more depth than the bloated Div 2 with a gazillion things to do which all bore me to death. Constant carrot chase... I was actually playing Div 1 because I liked it. Div 2 is like a bad addiction you can't shake. Anyway... this was fun!

Dude - I kinda had a one in a million moment back in the Div 1 days with YOU. I was new to the game. You and your team were manhunt in the DZ. The whole server was after you. I was trying to avoid the whole mess and farm up some gear. I came around the wrong corner just as you were dipping into cover. I panicked and yoinked the trigger from behind. I put you on a knee. I shouted "I GOT MY FIRST KILL! I KILLED WIDDZ!" to my teammates. You laughed. Your teammate came around the corner and melted me. I was on a knee next to you as your team cleared up the DZ police. Your teammate finished me and res'd you. I respawned. Never saw you again. I learned that 'on a knee' is not down that day. Thanks? LOLOLOL!!!!

A couple buddies and I were discussing the nostalgia that came from the late nights in the Dark zone on DV1, the snow falling, the manhunts, we started to discuss how the CoD community was able to resurrect Modern warfare a few months ago, the server counter hit 100k players if I saw correctly, I think, if we can spread the word around as much as we can, I wholeheartedly believe the community can come together and get the dark zone back up with a healthy player base. 🤙🏼 Think of all the good times ladies and gents, there won’t be another moment like the first time your agent hopped that fence into DZ1, that first scuttle with a rouge agent, that first exotic extraction 😈🗣️ LONG LIVE THE DARKZONE.

@widdz thank you so much for the video. I'm new to the game and got level 30 and 59 in the DZ. Using Striker Classified set with one more item to complete but other item are already fully optimized, Lightweight M4 + ShowStopper fully optimized also. Tac Link talent with turret and seeker mine, but kept getting wrecked by *Rogue Agent* even i got 7921 Firearms-5191 Stamina-3121 Electronic.. when i spray them close range with both gun, they seems doesn't bother with their health and kinda invincible for me lol .. So the secrets is probably that *Nomad* classified set right ? Or do i get something wrong on my prep ?

bought the game for couple month play for like straight 400hours now. the game is great ! PVP in dz is one of the best thing in the division but sadly. As soon as the dz lobby got crowded, hacker will come and wipe out all the player. Such a shame for a great game like this
