Love the thin rubber coating on the lip. I have a discontinued pair of Mizuno Monarcidas that have the same thing, it's quite effective at protecting k-leather on AG.

Glad to see a boot reviewer cover Athleta. Bought my O Rei turf shoes in Taiwan back in 2020, still playing in them. I can easily vouch for Athleta’s build quality. I wish the big brands wouldn’t turn away from K-leather, it’s truly the best material for football boots. Speaking of which, any plans to do a one month review of the Copa Mundial in that gorgeous Argentina blue?

They're alright! Not my favorite for sure. The comfort and play experience makes up for it 100% though, absolutely unreal on feet

Hey Noah- my feet are basically the same size as yours, but I need as much width as I can get in the toe area (neuroma from years of wearing speed boots). Do you think I am okay in a size 9 in these, or do you think it will feel too big and I should size down to 8.5?
