One thing people always miss is the stud placement. The stud placement on these is taken from the Mercs and unlike 99% of boots on the market there is no stud on the inside ball of your foot area. This really improves stud pressure for me, but maybe that’s due to having high arches. But hey, it’s an interesting observation as it’s only the two new Skechers models and Mercs that do this! It really changes the underfoot feeling imo and makes them way more comfortable, ironically even on AG (as there is no stud on the area where stud pressure is mostly likely).

Thank your for the review! I love these boots! I have also wide feet and I didn't feel that comfortable in a speed boot in a long time! I just can recommend this boot! I hope the design gets a bit better in the future, but I have to say Skechers big W!

damn i was hoping to make my review before u made urs😅, that aside i agree with everything u said in ur review except for durability - the inner liner on both boots started to fray and disintegrate after 2 sessions (right boot) and 3 sessions respectively. idk if i have a bad pair perhaps but it does call into question for me their quality control. either way great review man!

i love the colorway. i had a pair of skx in this diamond ice color, but i didnt keep them. traded for a lazer comfort razor :) had to go half size up for those because of width. i like them a lot tho, forefoot is great

Aggressive soleplates usually have aggressive traction (chevron or bladed studs) and typically are more responsive in the midfoot

I don't understand how you could survive in them for a month. I have the same foot length as you, half a centimeter less wide, and even then they are terribly narrow for me. I gave them 3 hours of pure time and then gave up, sold them.

These boots are a mix of mercurial Vapor 10,11 and 14. It’s almost like people there made these boots to catered towards the folks that love the Vapor 10 and 11 A lot of people have rightfully praised these boots and got a pair on sale at my local store. I always say if anyone who loves the old Vapor 10 and 11,Skechers Razors is very much the boot people should look at

We simply listened to the athletes and if the Razor ended up to be like the models you mentioned, this is because those boots had the best qualities people pointed out. We want to build the best shoes for athletes without being distracted by anything else.
