Wide U Turn

This white SUV went straight from a left turn only, dashed to the right lane -- which, at first, I thought they wanted to take the right exit -- then proceeded to slow down and attempted to do a wide u-turn from the right lane in front of me, without a turn signal.
They could have easily performed a u-turn from their original left turn lane or the one two lanes to the left of where they attempted to turn from the right.
That's probably a driver who doesn't know the steering wheel turns more than 180º in either direction from the center OR stops turning the wheel once their arms are crossed.
