Wie Gladiatoren wirklich gekämpft haben

In diesem Video betrachten wir die verschiedenen Gladiatorentypen, ihre spezifische Ausrüstung sowie ihre Gegner. Zusätzlich werden wir das Geheimnis lüften wie Gladiatoren wirklich gekämpft haben und welche Taktiken und Techniken sie verwendeten um ihre Gegner zu überwinden.
Betrachten werden wir neben dem mit Netz und Dreizack kämpfenden Retiarius und seinem Gegner, dem Secutor, auch den schwergepanzerten Murmillo, den Thraex mit seinem Krummschwert, den Hoplomachus, den Provocator und den Eques, wobei letzterer interessanterweise zumindest einen Teil des Kampfes hoch zu Ross bestritt…
