How does the Garmin handle the rich Dutch bike infrastructure? Does it route logically or does not get confused? Here un Hungary, where there are less bikepaths it does not have too many options, so it often routes you to traffic roads. Also, at around 1:55 I see some small dotted paths on the Karoo next to the pond, it does not show on the Edge, which is kinda werid. I love seeing what is around. (or was it not set to detailed ?)

and on the K3 we can use the maps in 3D :) just swipe with 2 fingers up and down on the map

i have di2 and a ep801... i hope there will be a workaround because i like the karoo alot more than the garmin edge... rreminds me of he gta map in the corner :D

I've seen another Karoo 3 video and it seems there's a plugin for Karoo to make it work

You can sideload Ki2. Hammerhead can’t officially support it because Shimano doesn’t allow them but there are options already out there

Except Garmin, for some reason Karoo, Wahoo both do not provide name of the street on which one is riding.

Which is actually completely irrelevant as you're cycling. You need to focus on the road and just know where and when to turn. If you ride slow enough to read the road signs, you can use google maps on your phone.

stay away from the solar. i had 1 its far dimmer then thos upload its horrid. 1040 non solar has far superior screen . the hammer head screen is far superior richer colors clean not cloudy and does not need to be set ot full brightness

Wielrenner....heb je ook berichten in je scherm laten komen van je mobiel? Het schijnt dat een bericht onderin je scherm blijft staan en niet te verwijderen is en zo blijft het de hele rit staan.

hammerhead doe not need ot be 100% brightness its to bright but the solar is showing colors much richer then realty i know i had 1 its awful and look nothing like the upload here it be 50% dimmer in reality

And yet it’s much cheaper than the Garmin devices. Edge 1040 is 750 Euros in my area - basically phone price without the hardware or feature set
