Great review! Helped me decide between the 5 and 7. And just a quick note: the RC5 is actually a tiny bit lighter than the RC7. The weight of the second BOA on the 7 is grater than the weight saved by the full carbon sole.

hi i have found a pair of rc5's (new) and a pair of rc7's (used, but good condition) for around the same price. The rc7's look like they may be an older model as the toe design isnt perforated like the new ones, it has a wavy design. Any idea? Trying to pick.

Hello. Nice review. Thinking about RC5. The length of my foot is a little under 29.5 cm. According to Shimano size chart, I should take 46.5-47. Should I take 47, what do you think?

I am size 48.5 but ride Shimano size 50. Their size chart is accurate, go after the lenght, not the size number. Obviously if you can check the size in store it's a better option.

I just bought the rc3. It was more confortable than the decathlon full carbon. There was not rc5 to try it...

i have weird experience with RC502. The boa loosen itself after riding especially on the side where I unclip shoe the most frequent. do you experience it?
