One time on the CW FLASH (Definitely Recommended), a scientist had said that going back in time to try to prevent it you may end up being the very cause of it happening. Example, if you remember that’s so raven, every time she saw the future, she ended up causing it to happen and having to solve the problem after the fact anyway type shit. Or another example you go back in time to save someone from dying but one of the measure you take to do that end up leading to something that stops you from saving them, or leads to their indirect death. It's so funny, I have been recommending this to everyone that will listen.....everytime my parents are on the phone I'm like " tell them about Erased" lol. I get anxiety from weird things too...I HATE having things around my neck...no title necks, to necklaces, nothing! Also when I have to be put to sleep for a surgery or something, they have to give me medication through IV first so I wont notice the mask....I will have panicking attacks if they dont. I cant even wear that kind of mask with respirator

Hey Dude! Even though knowing a series is going to be sad before you've watched it, doesn't affect you, your wife was trying to tell you that it does affect her. So you saying that at the beginning is a spoiler for her (even if it's not for you). Also, I don't know why you keep thinking that the abuse that Hinazuki is going through results in her death (whether intentional or accident). She was killed by a serial killer, meaning more than just her dies under similar circumstances (that's what identifies a serial killer).

The second part of your comment is a spoiler as well IMO since when watching the series you aren’t 100% sure of that until the death actually happens. Let them speculate.

@@tee9519 The episode does state that her death was attributed to a serial killer who also killed 2 other kids, who was found, tried, and imprisoned (in an article that the mc remembers in the current time). That's not a spoiler. We just don't know who the killer is at this point and how this connects (if it does connect, but it probably does, because otherwise why would he time travel back this far?) to his mother's death.
