If this story was real, here's where OP potentially screwed himself: The document destruction isn't really that big of a deal, because it would be hard to prove. The credit card charges could be problematic, if the ex can prove she was in no condition to actually complete those charges (under sedation, in a consultation or procedure, etc.). Where he _really_ potentially screwed himself was pretending she was her and resigning from her job. I can't imagine his attorney signing off on that behavior OR her attorney not trying to convince her to rip out an organ or two of his in court.
@jasminedavis30304 ай бұрын
That’s what I’m saying, he got his revenge but once th ex realizes how awfully he’d screwed her over while she was in the hospital, he’s in for a world of financial hurt.
@noobyman3334 ай бұрын
@@jasminedavis3030 likely far more than financial, IIRC from my classes there's a good amount of legal hurt included here, if this story were real he's far more likely to find himself enjoying some nice cell time on top of getting raked over in the divorce royally. Plus socially, people have a 'threshhold', a shocking event can be overturned by a far larger shocking event, this dude went turbo extreme with his retaliation. The dude can find himself just screwed in every sense of the imagination, sometimes the 'high road' is just biding your time and letting them dig themselves into their own hole. Edit: LOL The idiot even admits that he did it later on in the story "Sure, go ahead", okay she can easily get a lawyer pro bono now you dingus.
@jenniekham58384 ай бұрын
The think is that they can't really prove that it was him unless op was dumb enough to admit it to her and she had proof or they searched his pc to see that he sent it from his Op can just claim innocence yes its obvious but most judges tends to hate cheaters so she got no proof plus the money that she'll have to spend is not something she can afford yall gotta realised that those cases costs a lot of time and money she would prolly get sucked dry by the lawyers fee and op could prolly counter sue her and like he said he has proof Plus op can now just publicly send those proof and show them to everyone and if they get public that a bad image for her So if she sues she gets a bad rep + wasting money without being sure to win
@EKho-ko8tv4 ай бұрын
That's what I was thinking too. He really shot himself in the foot. He should've been the bigger person and just leave her alone and divorce and be done with and move on with his own life. I can see he could go to jail after this. He's a victim but that doesn't justify his behaviour.
@Psibound4 ай бұрын
between theft of money(could even be grand theft if money is in the thousands) and personal items(destroyed government items) to ID fraud when he posed as her to email work. FYI emails like pictures from cellphones create meta data that can be checked to see where it came from time and place. You can turn some of it off but it will always say its from a cellphone. So multiple felonies with fairly easy ways to track it. You did a great break down.

Not watching the video. The blurb alone is absurd. There's no reason to stay in a relationship that isn't healthy (regardless of cultural norms, societal pressure, etc.). A lot of people, though, take vows and relationships so lightly. They ought to just stay single and leave others out of whatever leads to the lack of self-respect and disrespect toward others.

This private space stuff is just nonsense. In marriage, there can be no expectation of privacy. The correct expectation is for absolute transparency. My guy this one is fake, and I hate throwing this around but I actually got angry listening to this, a first for this channel. 1. Ya can’t resign over text. Like there is zero chance of that happening. 2. Some lawyers who will guarantee the win do pro-bono, meaning the cheating wife despite having no money could still get a lawyer for the easiest lawsuit of their life. 3. The ex meeting with OP calling her partner a loser and flat out agreeing with OP is laughably stupid, to immediately turn around and ask “why are you doing this to me?” This is two different manipulation tactics back to back, and I do not believe with how easily she fucked up that she could be smart enough to do this. 4. The affair partner is possibly the only believable part of the story, dumping her as he did, but I refuse to believe that the texts of no considerable detail “I never wanna talk to you again” sound believable to this douche. I am not condoning cheating, cheaters can go to hell…but my god stories like these discredit the actual stories of victims of cheating and their experiences. Just for clicks.

Stop letting yourself get angry over these types of stories. Unkess the story itself hit close to home then yeah, you definitely have a reason to feel some type of way about that one and thats regardless of if the story is real or fake. So… lawyer types, keep me honest here, but doesn’t logging into her work computer and sending emails pretending to be her, and then resigning on her behalf… isn’t that fraud? I mean, adultry is shitty and all, but it’s not actually illegal (in America…). But OP has now committed identity theft and/or fraud against his wife. And those ARE crimes. And his wife can prove she didn’t send those emails, because she was under sedation in the hospital at the time. I get that OP is trying to go scorched earth, but he started the fire in his own yard first. Just turn the unlocked phone over to the cops, pointing out the evidence of an affair, and announce loudly that she likes to have sex while drunk (to each their own, I guess… but since she’s also trying to do lunchtime quickies… this seems about as safe as autoerotic asphyxiation). Then all the evidence he needs for the divorce gets turned into public records attached to the case. She stays employed, but since she can prove she didn’t really resign, she can get retroactively unfired after a lot of hassle.
