Not if there is concrete proof, if it happens within the hospital it's an automatic termination, same thing happened a few years ago at the hospital I work with, a supervisor for a department was caught having sex with one of the e.v.s ladies in the break room on the overnight shift, both were fired before their shift ended.

I see this mistake in so many stories at the start and before the divorce is finalized, so word of warning for anyone who may ever find themselves in a similar predicament: Do not go get and get your partner fired from their job. It's not rocket science to track down the likely culprit and contrary to the CSI effect you don't always need physical evidence. If and most likely when alimony comes up in the divorce you're just shooting yourself in the foot to having to give them more as they're now likely at a worse job. Plus judges tend to not find this funny even if it does seem deserved it will likely do anything but benefit you. Don't get me wrong, it's quite satisfying, and deserved too, but be smart and protect yourself, there's a time and place for some actions and a time when they can do more self collateral damage.

Which is why marriage is broken and a trap, paying someone who cheated on you is like paying someone who beat you because they cut their knuckles, it's stupidly ridiculous to say the least. There's no good argument for paying someone after they cheated on you, even if it's the law that should certainly go away, it probably would at least make some women think twice before doing it, but as we see, the way the laws are structured right now don't discourage cheating, if anything they encourage it and take away any form of accountability on the woman's part. If the woman lost everything and had no right to a man's assets after it being proved she was unfaithful then I'm sure we wouldn't have this many people cheating nowadays. We went from stoning and torturing cheaters in public to making sure they are rewarded for cheating, it's pathetic and we should definitely find a middle ground there if we want marriages to still be a thing down the line.

I've seen lawyers warn against doing these kind of things. A lot of this is esay to track back to you and it can be used aginst you in a divorce. There's a surprising amount of thing your not allowed to do while seeking a divorce, I believe sabotaging their livelihood is one of them if I'm not mistaken.
