They didn't have a good emotional foundation from the get go. He was pressured to get married and so was she. They met at a coffee shop and told each other their qualifications like careers and their assets. They were strangers. I guess it would be the equivalent of a matchmaker introducing two people. Rarely does that work out but usually ends in tears.

Postpartum depression is a serious thing I had it after I had my second child it really takes a toll on you but I gradually overcame it I'll be the first to tell anyone it's not easy but you eventually work through it!!

I don't know the series but his lady boss is hitting on him regardless and being deliberate. Difficult transition at work one thing but it doesn't excuse her approach to him. Her actions and speech are inappropriate and should be called sexual harassment.
