I love Leanne Morgan! I discovered her several months ago! She is an incredible inspiration to me! Because as crazy as it sounds I am a crisis Chaplain & I felt the Lord leading me in being a stand-up comedian years ago. I wrkd for Chick-Fil-a as a dinning room hostess and “entertained” the customers by telling them funny (clean) jokes & actual funny true stories of my life. I loved it! And I was making plans on going into assisted living homes & nursing homes & then the big Pandemic hit! So I had to put my “calling” of being a comedian on hold. But now I am seriously reconsidering allowing the Lord to help me get this dream to become a real reality! So Leanne has really inspired me to go for it! And I am older than Leanne. There is healing in laughter! And I’m all about making people laugh so healing will begin in their lives! Thank you Leanne for your inspiration & encouragement! I hope to meet her one day! 🖐️😊❤️

Okay I have been sitting here eating up this whole thing and now I gotta stop a minute and say LADIES, and especially Leanne Morgan, you are HEALING people by sharing your stories the way you do. People are getting healed of shame, of the grumpies, of feeling alone and misunderstood, ignored and overwhelmed. You are seriously doing a holy, beautiful thing and I am SO grateful you kept on believing in the dream and that you keep going to share it. I could write you both a mini novel I just love you both. When we all get to heaven I'll find you and we can laugh together. Seriously, OH SO well done. Keep on! With love from a wife and Mama in Michigan who thinks she's funny (me) and keeps on plugging away at life too. :)

My niece from Morristown , TN was up visiting. She told me she had a home grown treat for me. She pulled her cell phone out and played some stuff she had downloaded . It turned out to be a couple of Leanne's shows. I could not believe how funny she was. I had a stomach ache from cracking up. I became an instant fan. Her words are comical enough. Add her movements and facial expressions and she really sets you up for the greatest funniest time you ever experienced. I just love her.

Definitely laughter is necessary for our mental health! Thank you to both of you ladies! LeeAnn, I loved your bit on generation X compared to having Home Depot parents. I grew up in the 70’s and you described my childhood to a T. We played outside with our friends all day, ran the neighborhood barefoot, drank from garden hoses, picked wild blackberries to snack on while outside, roamed the neighborhood and went to the candy store and never told my mom where we were. Built and jumped out of tree houses, played dodgeball and liked it! 😊. It made us more independent and developed our imaginations. Keep those stories coming! Luv both of you! 💕💕🌞🌞🙏

What a darling podcast. I love the two Leanne's. I'm from the South and an army brat, so I can relate. I also did stand-up comedy for four and a half years after my divorce in NYC. And I'm here to tell you that's a hard road to hoe. I had to stop because I wasn't making any money, and my credit card was full. I went back to acting because at least it paid! I'm so happy Leanne is getting rewarded for all her hard work, huge heart, and tremendous talent. Big congrats to you both and Bert too.

I am a 34 year old man and it has always been my dream to be an actor and comedian. I have always believed it was meant for me. I loved this because so much of your lives are similar. I grew up in the south and also lived in the NE. I've lived in Nashville area. So I am a odd mix of country and sort of city. I went to college and struggled and have been a hairstylist for a million years. Lol I was glad to hear your views of entertainment worth not understanding that older women run the world in many ways! Lol Many farmers in my family too! I love that your Dad understood you and how you were different and a small town or a regular guy wouldn't be right for you. My parents didn't get that and thought that I thought badly of the south. It wasn't that, it was that I was curious and loved lots of things! You both are such Interesting and complex women. I enjoyed this so much. It made my day!!
