Hello Preeti....first of all if your husband is not coming foward or even not attending 498a case then request the court to cancel the bail and issue non bailable warrant against husband....in this way he will have to come...yes you can give those property papers...but for immovable property if that property was earlier in the name of husband and later transferred in name of mother then only court will attach that property otherwise not....documents of vehicle on finance can be given so that they can be attached....all these will put pressure on husband...any bank account can also be given so that it can be freezed so that he is unable to operate that account or take out money from that bank account....for further assistance plz email me at [e-mail]...thanks...good luck...

Hello Vivek...agar aapko lagta hai ki aap dono main patch up ho sakta hai...to aap koshish kariye...but agar aisa possible nahi hai to aapko divorce le lena chahiye...rahi baat bache ki to uski custody ke liye aap baad main alag se case daal sakte hain but uss time aapko batana padega ki aapki wife jo uss time ex-wife hogi wo bache ka care nahi kar rahi hai aur aap bache ko acha care kar sakte hain aur acha future de sakte hain...ya agar wo remarriage karti hai to bhi aap bache ki custody ke liye ja sakte hain...Thanks...good luck...god bless...
