But: if you are giving a second chance, you must be able to work through that mistake (that’s how you would perceive the cheating in that case) and really let it go 100%. Bc if you don’t, it will be impossible to get past it and the relationship will definitely break down.

OK it’s very obvious that he’s a narcissist and he’s a cheater but other than that the major real flags I noticed is that his neighbor wanted to buy him all of these expensive gifts and no person to offer to buy you gifts like that unless they’re trying to get closer to you, or they have a secret crush on you or they’re trying to get close enough to gain your trust because why would he tell me he should trust him around his wife and daughter? So either he low key likes the husband and feels like the wife is in the way so he wants access to the wife and daughter to probably start drama with the family so he could be with the husband or he’s trying to gain the trust of the husband and the wife just to get closer to their daughter, those are the two factors I can come up with either he likes to husband and he wants to get closer to the wife in order to break them up or he’s trying to get closer to the daughter or maybe he’s trying to steal that man’s family.
