So for something that wasn't needed or asked for by anyone in Edinburgh, let's talk trams......started 2001, estimated 100 million for a single line.....23 years later over 1 billion pounds and counting, tram inquiry a couple of million pounds and a couple of years still ongoing........you said extension, what you should say is completion, Lots of Business folded over the time and scale off the construction (MINE INCLUDED IN LEITH). Everyone in Edinburgh paid for it, only a few can easily access it, put into perspective 1 billion pounds would pay for FREE TRAVEL for everyone in Lothian and surrounding areas for around 30 years........just wanted to clear that up for you
